Dr.Lenny Superville
Co-Founder, Chairman and President of Infosysarchitecture

Dr. Lenny Superville serves as President of Infosysarchitecture and  has over 30 years of experience in information technology arena with a variety of clients including government, commercial and academic sectors.  Prior to founding Infosysarchitecture, Dr. Superville served as the Certified Government Chief Information Officer (CIO) for North Carolina's (NC) Office of the State Auditor (OSA) and Senior Technology Advisor to the NC State Auditor.  In his position as the CIO, Dr. Superville was responsible for leading the development of IT strategic plans, creating roadmaps for IT programs and policies and implementing  IT initiatives to comply with the State Auditor's Mission for meeting the Governor and legislative mandates.

rior to becoming CIO of North Carolina OSA, Dr. Superville held several business, technology and academic positions at : The Department of Public Instruction (Raleigh, NC) ; Bell Northern Research (Research Triangle Park, NC) ; General Electric/RCA (Princeton, NJ) ;  AT&T (Bedminster, NJ) and Hunter College of the City University of New York (CUNY).  In 1993, he was nominated for State of North Carolina Governor's Award for Excellence for outstanding contributions to the people and the State of North Carolina in “Technology Innovation” for his exceptional services for the North Carolina Public School System.

He has received his B.A. at Hunter College of the City University of New York (CUNY), his PhD in Applied Mathematics/Operations Research at the Graduate School & University Center, CUNY and his Certification as a Certified Government CIO from UNC-CH School of Government.

Dr. Superville’s other professional accomplishments include, but not limited to:

  •  Featured in the CDW-G's State Tech Magazine for articles on "e-Government Initiatives Drive Increasing Network Bandwidth Requirements" and "Seeing the Big Picture with Data Consolidation"
  • Served as an honorary chair for the BDPA conference in Atlanta, 2008 and will serve as an honorary for the upcoming 2009 Conference to be held at the new Raleigh Convention center.

 


John Hooder
Co-Founder and CEO


He is responsible for identifying potential clients and adding  detail value to infosysarchitecture process improvement.

The CEO is responsible for managing and sustaining the core technology and computer resources at Infosysarchitecture.These resources function to support and enhance the Enterprise Architecture and research missions of our company.

He served as Senior Security Engineer of the Department of Defense. The Department of Defense is a combat support agency responsible for planning, engineering, acquiring, fielding, and supporting global net centric solutions to serve the needs of the President, Vice President, the Secretary of Defense, and other Department of Defense Components, under all conditions of peace and war.
 



Vice President of Information Technology

He is responsible for  working with business associates, solution  providers and strategic partners to deliver on Infosysarchitecture process improvement service delivery.

A results driven IT leader with expertise in the design and delivery of cost-effective, high performance technology solutions to address complex business problems.  Possess extensive qualifications in all facets of project life cycle, from initial feasibility analysis and conceptual design through architecture, implementation, user training and documentation.  Fifteen years of strong solution development background in diverse fields including banking, telecommunications, and government with a proven ability to build and manage creative, highly energized, and focused teams.  Past experiences include leading a successful enterprise architecture effort at a prestigious financial regulatory agency in addition to delivering several complex technology architecture solutions.  Holds an Executive MBA degree from George Washington University in addition to a Master's degree in engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park.  Formerly held several technology professional certifications.  Core competencies include:

Kim Lett
Vice President of Business Development and Sales


He is responsible for connecting business and contracts with the process improvement directions of the Infosysarchitecture mission.

As our Vice President, Business Development & Sales will be responsible for directing and leading business development  including sales in the assigned region and market segments, and generation of customer solutions that lead to sales. Provide plans, policies and programs related to the organization's sales activities.Has the primary responsibility to develop a sales program, strategies, and staff to achieve objectives for the organization, tracking performance against results and reporting to management.




 


Rick Leggett
Vice President of IT Strategy and Managing Director
 

Mr. Leggett has over twenty years of experience in information technology and economic development serving urban communities and rural areas.  He serves as a consultant nationwide in the areas of business & community development, healthcare, housing, strategic planning, technology, vocational training, capacity building, and capital  financing.  Clients include federal government agencies, municipalities, large & small  businesses, community-based organizations, as well as, Native American agencies. 

Mr. Leggett has been responsible for coordinating and administering multi-million dollar economic development and information technology initiatives that lead to collaborative efforts with multi-national corporations, federal, state & local government agencies and community-based organizations. As a corporate officer, Leggett served in the leadership role in supporting the reengineering of IT infrastructures in response to the information technology direction  of the mental health industry and the needs of North Carolina customers to achieve more productive, efficient and valuable use of information within the enterprise. He directed and assisted coordinators and facilitators with implementing the system and the building-level technology plans in accordance with the Clinical IT Strategic Plan, the state and federal Technological Recommendations and Standards, and other state and federal recommendations and guidelines. He helped the company double revenues through efficiency, and maintained the integrity of all electronic and optical books and records of the enterprise.

Mr. Leggett is a member of numerous other national and local professional organizations. He is very active with youth, educational, and church related activities.  He has served on the board and advisory committee for many school, government, business, civic, and community initiatives.  Mr. Leggett has shown tireless dedication to business and civic leadership. His many achievements also include launching a Research Triangle regional economic development initiative replicated throughout the United States and world.
He designed, coordinated and administered all aspects of a model comprehensive computer literacy, academic enrichment, and informational programs designed for children and youth, adults, and senior citizens.  The visionary community-based concept served over 10,000 residents at ten (10) City of Durham facilities.  Under his leadership and oversight, his staff leveraged public funds to secure in excess of $4 million in grants, resources and direct benefits for the program and City of Durham, NC residents.

Mr. Leggett brings visionary and innovative leadership to the company as Vice President of IT Strategy and Managing Director. Mr. Leggett is adept in presenting the IT value proposition to senior managers, board of directors, customers, prospects, partners and trade organizations.

GEORGE W. WELLES III, Principal and founder, Imaging Futures, Inc.
Mr. Welles spent twenty-two years in the telecommunications industry before leaving to set up his own company. At US WEST (now Qwest) he managed advanced communication research and development projects as part of the internationally recognized COMPASS Lab and served as an advanced technology consultant to U S WEST and its largest customers.
He also currently serves as President and CEO of Allargeo Ltd., an organization dedicated to creating the environments of the future and improving national security. Imaging Futures consulting clients have included a number of Fortune 100 companies) plus several federal agencies and numerous universities and research facilities.
Mr. Welles has keynoted and moderated communication and technology conferences in North America. Europe, Asia and the Middle East. He is co-founder of the US Department of Defense Digital Imaging Symposium formerly held at the Air Force Academy.  On behalf of the University of Minnesota and the AIA he teaches senior architects "Security by Design".
He is a member of the Armed Forces Communication and Electronics Association (AFCEA,) and InfraGard, is an accredited member of the Communications Media Management Association (CMMA) and serves as an executive presenter for the Minnesota International Center. He also serves as Vice Chair of the University of Minnesota Computer Science Department Advisory Board and as a senior advisor to Recon Robotics. LLC and the Minnesota Future Work Task Force.
